1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website tifbhub.com and any services offered by The Informed Family Builder Hub, operated by Juliet Ambali (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.

2. Services Offered

We provide the following services:

• Personal Development Programme — a structured programme guiding individuals through self-discovery across key life pillars.
• Premarital Prep — an intensive programme for intending couples preparing for marriage.
• Organisational Support — workplace training, corporate workshops, and seminars for teams and organisations.
• General Consultations — short-term, solution-focused sessions addressing everyday emotional and relational challenges.

All services are delivered by Juliet Ambali or qualified associates under her supervision. Services are provided for personal development, educational, and wellness support purposes. They do not constitute clinical psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, or medical advice.

3. Eligibility

Our services are intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By submitting a booking enquiry or engaging our services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We do not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 18. If we become aware that a minor has submitted data without appropriate parental or guardian consent, we will delete that data promptly.

4. Booking and Engagement

Enquiries submitted through the website booking form do not constitute a confirmed appointment. A session is confirmed only when Juliet Ambali or her team explicitly confirms the date, time, and format in writing. We reserve the right to decline any enquiry at our discretion.

5. Fees and Payment

Fees for services will be communicated to you prior to commencement of any programme or session. Payment terms, methods, and schedules will be agreed in writing before services begin. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement or where required by applicable law.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee as communicated in your service agreement. We reserve the right to reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances and will provide reasonable notice where possible.

7. Confidentiality

All information shared during sessions is treated as strictly confidential. We will not disclose personal information shared in sessions to third parties without your written consent, except where:

• Disclosure is required by law or a court order.
• There is a reasonable belief of imminent risk of serious harm to you or another person.
• Disclosure is necessary for clinical supervision purposes, in which case information is shared in anonymised form.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we endeavour to provide high-quality support grounded in evidence-based practice, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or improvements. Individual progress depends on personal engagement, commitment, and circumstances beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Informed Family Builder Hub and Juliet Ambali shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of this website or participation in our services. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service in relation to which the claim arises.
